Heat Treatment - The warm basalt and Jade add the extra element that you have been needing in a sports massage, the Basalt / Jade enable the therapist to target the areas of tension and use deep tissue massage techniques to target the source more directly than some other sports massages can.

Cryotherapy Treatment - Using chilled Marble as a massage tool, this acts as an anti inflammatory, helping to ease any pain felt and reducing swelling which promotes recovery.
